Have you guys heard about treadmill classes? Basically you go to a studio, park, plunk down 15-20 bucks, get on a treadmill, and do stuff you wouldn’t normally do on a treadmill. They got you doing sideways stuff, lunges, turning the machine off, jumping, all sorts of crazy junk. I wanted to find out what it was like, so I created my own treadmill workout and made a video so you can see all my sweet moves! If you scroll all the way down to the bottom of the article, I’ve also included a HIIT workout you can do using the treadmill moves from the vid.
