I love to work shoulders! Known as the deltoids, the shoulder is divided into three main muscle groups: the anterior (front), lateral (side), and posterior (rear). A new study from the American Council on Exercise details the three exercises that are the MOST effective in building muscle and strength in each of the deltoid muscle groups.
