Hey, New Moms! You CAN Find Time to Work Out!

If you’re a new mom you’ve been through some stuff, haven’t you? I don’t care how you got your baby: c-section, home birth, adoption, somebody left one on your doorstep with a note and a polaroid, whatever. When you have a new baby you feel like all the free time you ever had has been sucked right down an enormous black hole. It can be really hard to find time to get dressed, much less work out. But if you’re dying to get back into your regular fitness routine, I have some tricks to carve out some good old fashioned sweat-time.
