Drinking Beet Juice Before a Workout Makes You a Superwoman!

Recently, Organic Authority asked me to check into the claims swirling around about beetroot juice being the next pre workout supplement. I was pretty skeptical, but it turns out that beets are incredible roots. Beets are full of nitrates (not the bad hot dog kind) that help to dilate your blood vessels. This allows for more flow of oxygen rich blood to get to working muscles, increasing endurance and strength!
