We recently moved from a second floor apartment to a little house that I love with all my heart. One of the very best things about our new house is that we can bump and jump on the floor alllllllll we want. The boys can dance and wrestle and I can work out!!! I’ve always been a home fitness enthusiast, so living above someone who worked from home was a terrible coincidence.
That’s what made me go out and sign up with my very first gym. And it turned out to be a great experience for me. I made so many friends and learned a lot. But sometimes I couldn’t make it to the gym. Work deadlines, sick little boys, or lack of transportation often kept me from making it to my classes and weights. So I designed a killer workout that’s silent, meaning you can do it anywhere, anytime.
Even if you don’t live above someone, maybe you have a sleeping baby, or have roommates who would rather not endure your 45 minutes of thumping plyometrics. This workout is also low impact and joint friendly. But don’t take that to mean this workout is easy, cause it’s a real burner. It combines strength and cardio moves for a great total body shred.
